We begin each week with a new yoga flow, which we leave on a Monday morning feeling energised and mentally prepared for the week ahead. We continue to build on the sequence throughout the week so you can see your progress and embody the sequence. Our evening sessions are a perfect compliment to our yang morning practice, they bring stillness and quiet time at the end of the day and all of our members always comment on how well the sleep afterwards!

This is a flexible membership so you can cancel at any time but we do ask if you would kindly give us at least two weeks notice so we can plan ahead. If you are unhappy after your first week we will refund you the full amount right away.
