What is Yin?

Yin Yoga is a gentle & calming practice.  The movement is slow and steady, holding poses for longer periods of time to target the deeper layers of connective tissue, helping to support the joints and bones. Yin Yoga helps to reduce injury, soothes the nervous system & improves sleep. It teaches you how to be in the present moment, rather than getting caught up in the worries of the past or future. 

People who attend these sessions have commented on improved sleep, reduced back pain and positive impacts on their mental health.  

This class is held in person and is tailored to the people in the class but will be streamed live, so if you prefer to attend online please contact us.
