Megan works closely with her clients to create a personalised program that suits you and your needs. Each session is 60 minutes long and we build on each session so you are able to see your progress both mentally & physically.  

Megan is known for her warm and welcoming approach and her continued support online.

What is included

* Monthly check in to discuss progress and intentions for the month ahead 
* Videos & images sent to you every month to show your progress and encourage you to continue your practice at home 
* One recording per month 
What is the investment?
The initial investment is £320 for 8 sessions across 2 months 
If you wish to continue after you will then become a member and will be invoiced on bi-monthly basis 
Regular rate: £40 per session 
Concessions: £35 per session 

Group bookings of 2 or more people: £55 per session 

Payment plan 
Invoices will be sent out on a bi-monthly basis on the last week of the month 
All invoices must be paid in advance of your first class of the month 
Cancellation policy 

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the class will not be transferred or refundable.  We hope you understand.

If you wish to change the day of your class then we require a minimum of 2 days notice and classes must be moved within that week 
If you are on holiday please give a minimum of 1 week's notice
