Attending a MMY Retreat is truly a unique experience.  Megan Marcelle Yoga pride themselves in their detail, every moment is thoroughly thought out so that you are effortlessly guided from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. 

Each day has a unique theme and intention, encouraging you to reflect on all aspects of your life and explore your body and mind in a comfortable setting so that you can get the most out of the experience . 

MMY Retreats aim to create an environment were guests will emerge feeling more:

All of our retreats are open to men and women of all ages and abilities. If you have any injuries or illnesses please let us know.

What will be included in the cost?

  • Daily morning Seasonal inspired Hatha Yoga, tailored to suit all levels and individuals (time is taken to understand guests needs)
  • Meditation & breath-work classes (twice a day)
  • Yin Yoga
  • All healthy vegetarian/vegan meals
  • Walking trips 
  • Gong bath with expert Christine Heckle
  • Extra activity (examples include, trip to hot springs, lake, workshop with expert in nutrition) 
  • Shared accommodation in casitas, each casita is equipped with a basic kitchen and has a balcony overlooking stunning views of the mountains (private rooms are also available at an additional cost, more information available on request)
  • Personalised attention during classes and time with teacher during the retreat
