DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat price is required at the time of booking to secure your space. This can be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the retreat start date via bank transfer. Please check your confirmation email for exact payment deadlines and account details (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).

If you book within 12 weeks of the retreat start date, full payment is required immediately to secure your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you cancel more than 12 weeks before the retreat, we will refund all payments minus the non refundable 50% deposit. 

If you cancel within 12 weeks of the retreat, unfortunately all payments will be forfeited, as this covers our non recoverable costs. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to carefully consider this before booking.

PRIOR HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please inform us of any existing health conditions before booking. If we learn of any undisclosed conditions later and cannot safely accommodate you, we may need to cancel your booking under our cancellation terms. This policy is designed with your safety and wellbeing in mind.

ALLERGIES

Please notify us of any allergies before booking. We can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free diets only. Other dietary requirements may not be available, so please check with us in advance. We hope you understand it is our aim to keep you safe and make your experience comfortable. 

BOOKING & PURCHASE POLICY

All bookings must be made through our official website and any associated booking platforms used to provide our retreat services.

By booking with Megan Marcelle Yoga, you acknowledge that all bookings are final and non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may allow a transfer of your booking to another retreat or event of equal value, but this is not guaranteed.

By providing your email address when booking or purchasing a service, you consent to receiving communication from Megan Marcelle Yoga via email. Please be aware that email is not a fully secure or confidential method of communication, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from electronic correspondence.
