Hatha Vinyasa Seasonal Yoga

This is a Hatha Vinyasa practice which is influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Seasons. During these classes you are guided through a unique sequence of postures which have been specifically prepared to align your energy with the current season. Each class has a theme or intention to help you get more out of the session and encourages you to take what you have learn't off the mat.

Megan carries out these classes in 5 week blocks and each flow is specifically created so you can see the development in your personal practice over the 5 weeks. This practice encourages students to embody sequence and continue to practice on your own. These sessions are open to anyone who has practiced yoga before (at least 2 classes) and there are always options provided to suit all levels.
