Megan will guide you in a 1 hour 45 minute yin and yang yoga flow and meditation followed by an a vegan/veggie breakfast.
Megan came up with this event as a way to help you re-connect with yourself, with other like-minded people.

1. Natural yoghurt topped with granola and berry compote
2. Smashed avocado, poached egg on sourdough toast with chilli and truffle
