Mindfulness in schools

The health and wellbeing of children is more important than ever.  Our 8 week Mindfulness program helps to support children from the age of 7 upwards to build confidence and resilience, we support and educates children to learn how to understand themselves and others better.  We provide a toolbox of techniques they can use to manage stress, anxiety and anger.
