Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, normally between 3 - 6 minutes. This enables you to work on the deeper levels of connective tissue in the body, including the bone and joint areas. It is a great practice to reduce stress & anxiety, increase flexibility and aid relaxation.

Megan’s Yin Yoga classes are 75 minutes long and are hosted across 5 week blocks. The sessions are prepared this way as Megan creates specific programs and one week follows on from the next, it enables you to go deeper into your practice and develop a better understanding of your body and how to align with the seasons, there is also time set aside for breath work and or meditation. This class is suitable for all levels and is a perfect way to end the day and prepare you for a restful night's sleep.
